“5“ in Transformation
We asked 220 people to draw ”5“, by tracing over what the previous person had drawn. Little by little, this static representation of a number was transformed. As if having gone on a carefree stroll, the figure returned to a free-form state.
220人に頼んで順番にトレースしてもらった「5」の線描群。それは、数字の持つ静的なたたずまいを少しずつ揺さぶり、自由で快活な徒歩旅行のようにさまざまな線描を呼び覚ます。
